The dissertation is devoted to a question of magnetite concentrates quality improvement due to separators and deslimers magnetic systems improvement by change of qualitative - quantitative characteristics of a magnetic field. The basic parameters of a magnetic field of the open and closed magnetic systems, determining orientation of force lines of a magnetic field to a direction of magnetite suspensions movement are investigated in the work. The magnetic system of a separator and flocculator is developed .The results of researches are confirmed with laboratory and industrial tests. The basic results of the work have found practical application at modernization of magnetic separators and deslimers, that has allowed to increase the quality of magnetite concentrates up to 1% Fe.
