The dissertation is devoted to a problem of perfection of system of preparation in skiing with in view of necessity of participation of sportsmen for competitions classic and skating style movement. The methods of construction of direct training of skilled skiers-racing drivers are worked out. It was established by the experiments that combination of training lessons are held by the different style of ski moving with the changing of their alternation the next day raises sport results in ski races in classic and skating style of moving. Substantive provisions of the developed technique of preparation for competitions on various distances are introduced into training practice of skiers-racers of various qualifications
