Object of research are the processes of strategic control of engaging of the foreign investments in economics of Ukraine. The purpose of research is the mining of the concept and complex of gears of strategic control of engaging of the foreign investments, the implementation which one will promote increase of a level of the scientific substantiation of the administrative solutions of investment nature and will allow to supply steady, dynamic and balanced growth of economics of Ukraine. Methods dialectic method, fundamental rules of an economic theory, laws of operation of market economy, modern theory of control, idealized rules and transactionses of the domestic and foreign scientists. Results the directions of strategic control of engaging of the foreign investments are detected, which one are determined under the concept of social and economic development of Ukraine; the concept of strategic control of engaging of the foreign investments in economics of Ukraine is designed; The complex of gears of strategic control of engaging of the foreign investments in economics of Ukraine is designed; the simulation model of the coordination of concerns of the foreign investor and recipient of the foreign investments with allowance for of conditions of external investment medium constructed under condition of operation of a special mode of investment activity is designed; the organizational model of control of engaging of the foreign investments in the special economic areas and in terrain of priority development is advanced; has received further development the methodological substantiation of economical nature of categories " the foreign investments strategic control of engaging of the foreign investments ".
