Object of research: process of commercial bank's activities; purpose of dissertation: theoretical background, development of methodical approaches and practical recommendations aimed to improve personnel management organization in commercial bank; methods of research and equipment: methods of theoretical comparison, statistic and graphic analysis, system approach, formalization and economic-mathematical modeling; theoretical and practical results: methodical approach to planning the quantity of commercial bank's personnel; methodical approach to the structure and content of personnel management system; methodical background of bank's personnel management strategy development; definition of the following terms: "personnel management", "personnel management organization"; methodical recommendations aimed to motivate personnel competence improvement; model to evaluate efficiency of personnel management in deposit department of commercial bank; practical meaning of the achieved results is that all methodical issues and practical recommendations contented in this dissertation create scientifically grounded base to carry out concrete management influence on personnel management organization in banking institutions; subject and degree of introduction: developed issues are introduced and carried out in: department N3 of Severodonetsk branch of JSCB "UkrSibbank", Severodonetsk department of Lugansk branch of First Ukrainian International Bank, JS Bank "Energobank" branch in Zaporozye, JS Eastern Ukrainian Bank "Grant" (Kharkov); aria of use: commercial banks, educational process.
