Object of the study is capacity of labour as factor of increasing of efficiency of strategic management enterprise. Objective of study is most further development theoretical and methodical positions, development of practical recommendations on increasing motivations management decisions on base of use the factors to capacity of labour. Methods of research system approach, analysis and syntheses, correlation and regression analysis. Theoretical and practical results: most further development theoretical and methodical positions, directed on increasing of efficiency of management decisions with account of factors to capacity of labour. Novelty is new organizing-economic mechanism of labour capacity management, that includes coordination-methodical advice and centre to capacity; concept of increasing of capacity of labour.
