The thesis is devoted to the investigation of marriage and family relations of boiky in the Carpathiones at the end of XIX-th - the 30-th years of the XX-th century. On the territory of Boikivschyna were a big and a small historical forms of family. Depending on some formes of family - big or small happens inheritance, getting of dowry, leadership in family, models a psychlogical phon of family. A lokal specific of family rituals has been investigated there.
