Object of investigation: subjects of market relations of Khmelnitskiy region. The purpose of research: main principles formation research and development of regional meat market, elaboration and ground of offers of transition stock-breeding branch to market and also improvement of meat regional enterprising structures activity. Methods: dialectical method of condition, analysis and synthesis methods: statistic-economic, grouping, index method, graphic. Theoretical and practical results: elaboration of meat and meat products production perspective development model, which will increase the effectiveness in period of land reform, economic relation transformation. Research novelty: grounded model of regional development of meat products production based on large stock-breeding complexes and farm, their integration with privat farms; defined functions and role of local self-goverment authorities in formation of territorial-economic entities of commodity production; elaborated the others of regional marketinfrastructure improvement; calculated main parameters of meat production in period to 2010, elaborated feed providing system in period to 2010. Effectiveness: using results of research will provide meat production economic effectiveness, which is one of condition of branch dynamic development.
