The dissertation is devoted to the research of notions,such as enterpreneurship,right to cooperative property,personification,delimitation and consolidation of property.The stages of cooperative movement development and the interrelations between the state and the cooperative system in Ukraine have been systematized;a more realistic mechanismf for distributing the property of cooperative enterprises and organization has been developed; a tehnology for designing a system of business planning has been presented;the structure of business documents fo different sections of consumer cooperatives has been improved;methodical recommendations on reviving entrepreneurship in regional structures have been introduced;necessity of mechanism fo reconstruction of operating management system has been well-grounded and proposed for implementabion.
