Alexandrov J. Professional deformation of law employees and ways of its correction.

The dissertation is devoted to studying conditions of occurrence and development of professional deformation of different Interior division employees and a substantiation of ways of its correction and preventive maintenance. Feature of research is a search and a substantiation of effective methods of diagnostics and correction of professional deformation. Such method can be a research business game. It is shown, that the methods used in the Military Medical Committee for revealing of personal predisposition to professional deformation do not approach. It is established, that display of personal features of the militia employee can be regarded as presence of professional deformation depending on a degree of their display. It is revealed, that, using methods of definition require-motivational and psycho-emotional spheres of Interior employees, it is possible to reveal the differences caused by specificity of their service. Character differences and a display degree of professional deformation are found out in employees of different services in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They are determined by features of course of their service activity. The regulations about a dominating role of specificity of operative - service activity in development of professional deformation are proved. It is underlined, that in formation of professional law deformation, one of the basic conditions is ignoring legal norms in their activity.
