Essay

Object of research: the pathogenesis of localized scleroderma and the therapy given to patients suffering from the localized scleroderma. The aim of research: to increased the effectiveness of treatment of the patients with localized scleroderma due to including induced autooscillations in complex therapy. Theoretical results, practical significance and novelty: the vegetative regulative disorders have been found out in the patients with a localized scleroderma on the ground of study of the heart rate variability’s (HRV’s) indices. The evidence of the metabolic disturbances of the vasoactive prostanoids PGI2 and TXA2 with relative prevalence of the vasoconstrictive TXA2 has been found out.The novel method of the acoustic analysis of the skin and beneath tissue induced autooscillations has been worked out. It lets non-invasively estimate morpho-functional and structural changes of skin. The principles of the integral index of the VNS’s state (INTEG) calculation, which reflects degree of the vegetative disturbances, have been offered and elaborated. The original treatment of the patients with localized scleroderma has been worked out by application of induced autooscillations. Effect of using: clinical efficacy was elevated to 94,2 %
