The object of research - the regulation of socio-economic labour condition in the system of labour resultiveness control at the agricultural enterprises in Volyn oblast. The purpose of research - development and substantiation of the organizational and economic mechanism of the regulation of social and economic working conditions in the agrarian enterprises. The methods - a dialectic method of knowledge, scientific abstraction, statistical and economic, monographic, abstracts and logic, settlement-constructive, economic-mathematical, balance. Research novelty - is proved the necessity of the system approach to managerial process by productivity of work; it is added and profound the social and economic essence of the concept of "labour condition" as category of market economy; the dynamic tendencies are determined and the analysis of a modern condition sanitary-and-hygienic, psycho-psychological, social-psychological and aesthetic elements of the labour conditions and its safety is carried out; organizational and economic mechanism of the regulation of social-labour relations in the sphere of labour conditions is worked out; carrying out of certification of the workplaces behind labour conditions and uses of a graphic method of the analysis of the manufacture for definition of economic efficiency of the labour protection actions is proved; proposals as for raising material incentives of workers borrowed in adverse conditions are developed.
