Object of research: the formation of the economic institutes of the market in the agriculture during the transition from administrative - command to socially-guided market system. Aim of research: elaborate the theoretical-conceptual approaches to formation, functioning and improvement of the economic intuitions and to prove laws and tendencies of this process in the agrarian economy at transition to the market. Methods of research: dialectic, functional-system, economic analysis, graphic. Theoretical results: research of theoretical and methodological principles of formation of economic institutes of the market and features of this process in agrarian sector of transitive economy. Practical results: recommendations for improvement of functioning and development of economic institutes in agrarian manufacture. Scientific novelty: a complex substantiation of necessity of use of methodology and theory of institutionalism during market transformation of economy of Ukraine in a context of definition of thecontents of realization of institutional changer in agrarian sector. Subject of research: theoretical-methodological and practical aspects of formation of economic institutes of the market in agrarian economy. Degree of introduction: a number of rules is taken into account by preparation by the Ministry of agrarian politics of Ukraine of strategic directions of development of agrarian sector, by development of farms of the Kiev area for 2002-2004 years and is introduced into educational process of the Kiev national economic university.
