Shpak T. Correcting of training process of elite cyclitwomen with using models characteristics competitive activity

Process training and competitive activity highly skilled cyclitwomen which specialize in road, in annual and Olympic cycles of preparation. Optimization of management and correction of preparation cyclitwomen of a high class, which specialize in road, in view of complex model performances of competitive activity and special preparation. A methodological basis of a research have made a position of the common theory of preparation of the sportsmen in Olympic sports. For reaching an object in view such methods were used: the theoretical analysis and generalization of experience of practice, pedagogical testing, pedagogical observations, analysis of competitive activity, use of procedures measuring of heart rate, gauging of a level consumption of Oxygen, definition of biochemical indexes and indexes of an echocardiography. During statistical handling of results were used correlation,regression and factors methods of the analysis and analysis of dynamic series. The scientific novelty of obtained results consists in because: is explored and fixed the tendencies of dynamic of sports results, training and competitive loads cyclitwomen of a high class behind three Olympic cycles; the correlations and information significance of indexes special preparation and functionalities highly skilled cyclitwomen for periods of an annual cycle of preparation are defined; the frame of indexes of competitive activity special preparation and functionalities highly skilled cyclitwomen is defined factors; Designed complex group and individual model performances of competitive activity (on an example of individual time trial) cyclitwomen of a high class for preparatory and competitive periods of an annual cycle of preparation. The results of a research dilate and supplement theory of knowledge in the field of monitoring and management in sports of higher reachings acquired by the experts at preceding stages. The practical value of obtained results consists in an opportunity of use of designed complex group and individual model performances of competitive activity and special preparation for management of preparation highly skilled велосипедисток. The complex model performances of competitive activity and special preparation assist rising of efficiency training of process at different stages of an annual cycle and supplement application knowledge on preparation in bicycle sports. The embodying of the references and developments was carried out in a time in use of complex scientific group from scientific - methodical and medicobiological security of preparation cyclitwomen of modular commands former USSR and Ukraines to championships of Europe, world, Olympic games, which confirms by the acts of introduction. The effects(results) of researches can be used during preparation cyclitwomen during reading lecture courses from bicycle sports in sports educational institutions, on courses of improvement of qualification of the trainers and experts.
