Essay

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of main ideas and practical aspects of development both systems base and in-service education in Poland (19802003) in conditions of a deepening of publik transformation and permanent reforming of education system. Ukrainian, Polish and other foreign sourses are used. The main external and internal factors of development of obligatory, pedagogical and in-service education in Poland are specified. Theoretical and methodological bases of initial preparation of teachers in Poland, the reason of transition to two-level model of this preparation, the requirement to qualification and competencies of teachers are revealed. Evolution of development of system of in-service education and improvements of teachers in socialist and democration Poland, bases of its activity, structure of system and kinds of institution, forms and programs of training is investigated. The information on the concert, model and realization of reform of secondary in 1999-2003 and about activity of system of in-service education during this period is stressed. Conclusions and recommendations concerning the account in Ukraine the Polish experience of educational reforms and development of in-service education are proved.
