There have been developed methods for the determination, both currently and for the future, individual car parking lot needs and deployment parking lots in the city plan. There has been formulated a principle of economic evaluation of parking type lot choices, taking into consideration the land lot price at the location of the plot. There have been proposed methods for the evaluation of the effects of the street parking lots to the decrease of the street traffic capacity resulting from operation thereof.
