Essay

Work is devoted to studying influence of dopamine on impulse neuron activity changes of the motor cortex, caused by microiontophoretic application GABA, blockators and activators of its receptors, during performance by an animal of a food conditioned reflex - "placing reaction". It has been demonstrated experimentally the ability of DA-ergic system of neocortex to modulate GABA-ergic transmission under conditions approximate natural behaviour of the animals at a level of GABAA - and GABAB - receptors and thus, to stabilize impulse neuron activity on the required physiological level.
