Essay

Object of research: oinment "Ofloderm", infectious wound, bacterial microflora, secreted from the content of wound at the pyo-necrotic vulnerability of dogs' skin, calves and sheep. Purpose: purpose of carried out research work deals with the elaboration of optimal content, to study the efficiency of treatment, to introduce into the practice of veterinary medicine the ointment for the treatment of animals which have pyo-necrotic vulnerability of skin. Methods: pharmacological, toxicological, biological, biochemical, morphological, clinical. Scientific novelty: for the first time in Ukraine it was elaborated the content and technical conditions for the production of oinment "Ofloderm" for treatment of animals which have pyo-necrotic vulnerability of skin. In experiments with laboratory animals, it was studied pharmacokinetics, pharmacology and toxical peculiarities of components, which are in the content of oinment "Ofloderm" and an oinment at all. At spontaneous infectious wounds in dogs, necrobacterial loading of limbs in sheep, pyo-inflammation of navel in calves, it was determined the high therapeutic efficiency of oinment "Ofloderm", in comparison with hlortetracicline. It was gotten the positive decision for the invention of Ukraine "Methods of treatment of infectious wounds in dogs" №2003065857, which confirm the novelty and actuality of research work. Level of introduction: oinment "Ofloderm" is used in practice of veterinary medicine, was proposed the new method of dog treatment which have infections wounds was introduced into veterinary practice. Sphere (field of using): in pharmacological industry, in an educational process from courses: veterinary pharmacology, veterinary toxicology, surgery.
