Chernichko T. The budget-fiscal regulation in conditions of transformational changes in Ukraine economy.

The peculiarities of application of the instruments of the budget-fiscal regulation in conditions of transitional economy of Ukraine have been investigated in the dissertation. The Expediency of the use of instruments of the given form of state regulation of economy in the conditions of transitional period has been exposed and theoretically substantiated.The theoretical and practical approaches concerning the application of the budget-fiscal regulation have been analysed. Not only economical but also social, political and national problems are assumed as a basis of the analysis. The main tendencies of the budget and fiscal policy reformation with the purpose of stimulation of economical growth in Ukraine Lave been described by the candidate for the degree.
