Object of the research: the organization as a social generality; Objective of the research: the working out of the concept of organizational culture as a social phenomenon and ways of the optimization of the administrative influence on it within the framework of the modern organizations; Methods of the research: general scientific, quantitative; Theoretical and practical results: the conceptual basis for the further theoretical studying problems of the organizational culture, the conceptual apparatus needed for the forming of scientifically proved recommendations for perfection of the system of development and management of organizational culture within the framework of the organizations of the Ukrainian society, in particular the organizations of social sphere; The novelty: sociological view of organizational culture is improved; the sociological analysis of a condition of organizational culture of social services of the contemporary Ukrainian society for the first time has been made. The level of theapplication: the results have been applied in studying courses of sociology of the organizations for students of V.N.Karazin Kharkov National University.
