Object: organization of exchange regulation of general risks at goods market. Aim: reasoning of scientific and methodical fundamentals of development of exchange regulation general risks. Methods: system analysis and synthesis, economic-mathematical modeling. Results: the concept and methodical principles of two-sides risk analysis, the technique to define a share of hidden profits, the classification of mechanisms of risk regulations, the model to intensify the exchange market , the methodical fundamentals to calculate advance payments under the forward contracts, the method to evaluate price risks. Application: in state management bodies, commodity exchange and educational process.
