Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying state of health (demographical processes, sick rate, physical development) of country people. For the first time in new economical conditions special features of health of people from Zakarpattya were shown for the last 10 years. Regional "standards" of physical development of people Zakarpattya were worked out for the first time in different sex-aged groups (new-born, children from 1 to 7 years, pupils, call-ups, adults from 20 to 49 years). On a reason of worked out model structural reorganization of section of primary medical-sanitary help to country people on primary and next levels was carried out. The primary medical-sanitary help (PMSH) was introduced on the base of Khust district hospital.
