Essay

The dynamics of becoming and development of the psychological formations in the process of the primary professional training of the future teachers is considered. These psychological formations might be considered as peculiarities of the person who is the subject of pedagogical activity. The author analyses the main theoretical and experimental approaches to the solving of this problem. She argues that the constant list of such psychological creations exist. These psychological formations are considered as the basic peculiarities of personal readiness and as the care premises of realization into body of the pedagogical principle of personally-oriented approach. It is considered that in the base of personal readiness to successful realization of professional pedagogical activity there are some indicators (indexes) of internal locus of control (such as failure and success, interrelations, self - management) and life orientations, which are mediatedly concerned with creating of the pedagogical situationsof tolerant interaction, mutual understanding and mutual aid, and with conditions of satisfaction of needs of self-understanding and self-development of scholar subject. The program of forming of personal readiness is proposed and tested.
