Object - social and psychological determinants of the labor market reform; goal - definition and scientific substantiation of the peculiarities of social and psychological influence on the labor market functioning and development; and finding out the ways to apply the results for the improvement of mechanisms in public administration aimed to reform social and labor relations; methods - theoretical, historical and evolutionary, comparative analysis, psycho-diagnostic analysis, structural and functional, psycho-diagnostical testing, statistical calculations, correlation analysis; innovation -the complex study of the social and psychological determinants of the labor market, their functioning and development as prerequisites for the improvement of public administration in reforming social and labor relations on the current stage of transition has been conducted for the fist time; the most important elements of psychological phenomena in the system of public administration in the sphere of labor market are defined; outcomes - methodology of studying mechanisms of social and psychological determinants' influence on the system of social and labor relations has been improved; the systematic approach to the analysis of the current situation and tendencies of the labor market enhancement has been developed; it has been proved that social and psychological determinants affect the labor market functioning and development.
