Financial conditions and results of social economic development in the Ternopol region. Theoretical and methodical rules development concerning the financial mechanism of regional economy state regulation and substantiation of its ways improvement. Methods: the system and logic approach, normative logic analysis, statistical, comparisons, economic-mathematical modeling, forecasting. The contents of the financial mechanism of regional economy state regulation, its structure and functional applicability, tasks and means of realization is determined. The optimizational ways of the regulation tax mechanism are offered. The budget's place is determined and the efficiency indicators of the interbudget relations are offered. Practical recommendations concerning improvement of the minimal budget security normative calculations are offered. The model of financial regional stability estimation in a basis of the mechanism's improvement of investment into regional economy is proved. Executive and legislative authority bodies, educational process.
