This dissertation is devoted to the questions of the tactical thinking development of young female sportsmen during basketball trainings. The tactical thinking is considered as the indicator of the tactical training the sportsmen has and it is one of the main sport abilities for playing basketball. The paces of the tactical thinking development, which is inherent to the female basketballers of 10-12 years old, and peculiarities of this process were experimentally investigated
