Mishkovets N. Socio-economic mechanism for the improvement of enterprise management effectiveness

Production and business activity of industrial enterprises under the conditions of market competitiveness was chosen as the subject of present investigations. The aim of the dissertation is to develop socio- economic mechanism for the improvement of enterprise management effectiveness. Scientific novelty of the results attained is in the development of some elements of socio-economic mechanism for the improvement of enterprise management and can be described as follows: for the first time the concept of system in the management of production and business activities of industrial enterprises in accordance with both their level of development and transformation of inner socio- economic mechanism was proposed; the model of enterprise inner socio- economic transformation according to the strategy of innovation development was suggested. The following factors have been further developed: the system of methods and techniques for the achievement and treatment of complex information about the external conditions which can be used for the attaining optimal decision making; the technique for modeling inner mechanism of the enterprise with the usage of factor, target-oriented and functional models which give the possibility to define optimal socio-economic structure of an enterprise. The criterion for the estimation of the effectiveness of enterprise inner mechanism which characterizes the effectiveness of enterprise potential implementation as well as the principles of inner socio-economic mechanism of an enterprise, taking into account the demands of innovativeness of the environment, have been improved.
