Object of research. System of relations of property at management the corporate rights. The purpose of research. A scientific substantiation of theoretical bases of corporation process in view of the revealed features of corporate management in conditions of economy of Ukraine and development of recommendations concerning improvement of the organizational - economic mechanism of management the corporate rights. Methods of research. The system approach; a dialectic method of knowledge of development and interdependence economic processes; construction of algorithms, methods of the analysis and synthesis. Theoretical and practical results. The developed concept of the government control by the corporate rights contains a complex certain system of maintenance, and also organizational - economic mechanisms. Innovation of newly introduced consist in development of a complex of theoretical and methodical positions concerning the formation of organizational - economic mechanism of management the corporaterights with use of the system approach. the concept of management by the corporate rights of the state which provides creation of supervising body which basic function is formation and management of a portfolio of the corporate rights is developed; the control over receipts of incomes in the budget; the technology of formation and management of a portfolio of the corporate rights which is grounded on realization of interests of the proprietor, on the formulated principles, on system of actions is determined. Degree of introduction. Scientific results are used by the Ministry of an industrial policy (the inquiry №21/1-1-319 from 5.11.03), SSK "Ukrpolimetaly" (the inquiry №623 from November, 7th, 2003), USU "Kiev factory "Rodar" (the inquiry №1976 from 11. 6. 2003).
