Research subjects: current adaptacion of processes at the foreign students who have arrived on training in Crimea (131 students). The purpose: research adaptacion of processes in foregn students, who came to study at the Crimea, at change of the climatic factors and conditions of ability to live for a sub-stantiation of a complex physiotherapeutic of methods di-rected on reduction of negative influence of these factors on health of the given students. Methods: psychophysi-ologic, physiometric, methods of definition of a condition adaptacion of processes and influence on them physiothera-peutic of the factors with realization two-factors dispersion and cjrrelation - regressive analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the techniques of applica-tion magnettherapy, aromatherapy, medical physical cul-ture and strengthening of health for reduction of terms of adaptation and preventive maintenance of diseases at the foreign students with the control of a level adaptacion of processes are developed. The practical recommendations for optimum terms came to study and departure on a vaca-tion of the foreign students for decrease acclimatization of loading are developed. Novelty: influence of climatic features of Crimea on processes of adaptation of the for-eign students for the first time is revealed, the pathological condition describing adverse current of adaptation are de-termined the basic parameters adaptacion potential the law of current functional, psychophysiologic of processes and change of the basic parts of system a POL -AOS at the for-eign students is intimate - vascular system for the charac-teristic of current adaptacion of processes at the foreign students, is established unknown earlier. Introduction: Clauses, theses, inclusion in educational process of maxi-mum medical educational institutions, work of polyclinic serving the students. Efficiency: decrease of a level morbidity sharp respiratory by virus infections on 22,5 %, improvement of current psychophysiologic of ad-aptation. Sphere, branch of use: medicine.
