Polovko C. Legal regulation of bank currency transactions in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to issues of state regulation of banking currency transactions. The general contents of financial and legal rules embodying the will and interests of the state in the area of currency relations regulation, individual instruments and mechanisms of state influence thereon, and specific features of state regulation of some currency transaction types are investigated. Currency transactions are considered in this study in view of the legal treatment of their making. The conclusions and suggestions on improvement of legal regulation of currency relations, in particular those concerning the implementation of the core principles of the rule of law, are specified. The core findings of this study were implemented in research and development, activities of individual participants of bank currency transactions and public associations of the financial market participants.
