Levit L. Monitoring of the development of residential housing construction in Ukraine

Development of housing construction requires investments, which have different rate of return in state, cooperative, collective and private property. To increase the efficiency of return an investment in housing construction, the author recommends to monitor implementation of exploitation of residential housing, For these purposes, the author introduces a system of econometric models on implementation of residential housing, which are specified according to different types of property, the following factors are involved in the suggested models: size of investment, volume of contract works, number of constuction companies, waiting list for accomodation. The system of models is used for forecasting of implemenation into exploitation of residential houses under different types of property and in Ukraine at the national scale. The models allow to determine indivudual influence of each factor on the main index.
