Essay

The system of state regulations and methods of national viticultural and wine-making production development management. The aim is to work up domestic viticultural and wine-making subcomplex development scenario and its state support mechanisms. Methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis, observation, statistic, comporison, monographic methods were used. Peculiarities and consequences of market transformations in viticultural and wine-making subcomplex, the main principles of market development conception in viticultural and wine-making subcomplex have been worked out. The Bill "about Wine Market Regulation" comtent have been proposed. The script of viticultural and wine-making subcomplex development of Ukraine and the national wine market has been suggested. In the field of agro-industrial complex, viticultural and wine-making subcomplex can be used.
