Zhemoyda O. Financial and economic regulation of beef export-import

The object of research - process of state regulation of manufacture, processing, export - import of a beef, increase of competitiveness on the Ukrainian and external segments of the market by application of financial and economic tools. The purpose of research - research of formation of a supply and demand on internal and external segments of the market of a beef, influence of tools of financial and economic regulation on realization of export - import of the given kind of the goods for maintenance of effective development of branch. The methods - dialectic method of knowledge, scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, comparison, analysis and synthesis, graphic, economics-statistical, monographic, quantitative and qualitative analysis, settlement, constructive, economic-mathematical. Research novelty - The definition making of a financial and economic method of state regulation and classification of the basic tools of influence on realization of foreign trade activities in AIC is complemented;for the first time is generalized and the analysis of use of tools of state regulation of the market of a beef in the countries of export and import (according to Ukraine and Russian Federation) is spent; is advanced a technique of a rating of competitiveness of the goods by introduction and use of factors liquidity as a ratio between parameters of consumption, manufacture, export and import; the analysis of consequences of use custom tariffs of regulation for the first time is made at realization of export - import of a beef and its influence on macroeconomics parameters formation of state development. Results of researches - are used in practical activity by the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, subjects of economic activity, in research work and educational process.
