The dissertation is devoted to research of value and an opportunity of use of mystical experience as cultural "artefact" for substantiation of moral as spiritual phenomenon in a context of modern changes of ethico-theoretical paradigms. On the basis of the analysis historico-philosophical, ethical, religious and culturalogical bases are defined a role, sphere and limits of possible correlation between morals and mystical experience as cultural "artefact". It is found out, that mystical experience has a significant measure of heuristic potential for an embodiment of its achievements in modern ethical knowledge. The plane of their supplement and correlation is a system of moral requirements and moral improvement which sets also borders of this interaction. Also, paid attention to problems of modern understanding of specificity of morals, features of its rational - theoretical knowledge, an estimation of a place and a role of rationalism in classical ethics, to revealing of leading tendencies of a modernphilosophy-ethical discourse, the analysis of a phenomenon of mystical experience in existing forms of mystical-religious practice, philosophical and scientific interpretations of mysticism.
