Об'єкт дослідження - the public attitudes connected to trade by the people, and also judicial and operative by practice. Мета дослідження - to formulate theoretical system of knowledge about trade in the people and to develop a technique of investigation of the given crimes in Ukraine. Наукова новизна - the work is one of the first monographic researches on Ukraine in which the attempt is made to develop a technique of investigation of trade in the people.
