Object - affirmative hypothetical utterances. Objective - description of structure and semantic types of hypothetical utterances reference. Methods - elements of transformational and componential analysis, meta-description. For the first time an enlarged approach to the delimitation of hypothesis category from the referential point of view is proposed. Obtained results add to the theory of reference and the theory of communication. The results can be used in the theory of communication and theory of speech acts research, for optimisation of language communication.
