Ryabchikov M. Features of state regulation of activity of the enterprises of a market infrastructure

Object of research - protsesi government control of economy in Ukraine. A target of dissertation research is development of directions of improvement of government control of the enterprises, making a basis of market infrastrukturi. Methods of research are a dialectical method of cognition, situation approach, functional approach, method of logic analysis. Scientific novelty of the got results - first: methodology is offered of development of credit policy of enterprises of market infrastrukturi and basic principles are formed of its construction and practical realization; an organizational structure is developed of enterprise; - is improved: organizatsionno-pravovoe providing of financial market; possibilities of the use of mikroekonomicheskih models by the state organs for acceptance of decisions in the field of adjusting of activity of enterprises of market infrastrukturi; - got the further development - ponyatiyno-kategoriyniy vehicle in area of credit management; methodological tool of estimationof credit risks of enterprises of market infrastrukturi. Method of analysis of risk of credit operations and methods of defence from the risk. A practical value of results of research is basic scientific positions of dissertation are taken to the level of methodical developments, that allows to use them in practice of government control of activity of enterprises of market infrastrukturi; offered in the dissertation research methodology of development of credit policy of enterprises of market infrastrukturi and organizational structure are enough universal and will allow to promote efficiency of the administrative decisions accepted at the state level; resulted method of analysis of risk of credit operations and methods of defence from the risk allow during conducting of credit operations by the analysis of activity of borrower to estimate the risk of bank during conducting of the given operations and decrease it, the same multiplying a profit from the credit activity; the offered method can be used on different enterprises of market infrastrukturi of Ukraine. Basic results of research were methods used for development, in relation to forming and actualization of strategic plans of development AKB "Ukrsotsbank" on 2001-2003 years .
