A substantiation and development of theoretical positions, methodical and practical recommendations on decrease in economic risks in energy sales activity of energy economizing companies ("Regional Energy") of Ukraine. Research receptions. System analysis; deduction and induction; expert estimations; graphic method; statistical analysis; logic modeling. Theoretical and practical results. The technique of revealing, the analysis and estimation of economic risks in energy sales activity is developed. Novelty of introduced consists in theoretical substantiation and decision a problem of management of economic risks in energy sales activity with the purpose of development of methodical approaches of the analysis, an estimation and reduction in economic risks by acceptance of organizational - administrative decisions. The qualifier of the most meaning factors of risk is offered:marketing and technological activity; The methodical approach to definition of risk factors in energy sales activity is developed and the technique of an expert estimation of risk on a degree of the importance is concretized; ways of reduction in economic risks in energy sales activity are offered on the basis of application of modern methods of the organization of corporate business.
