Saikevich M. Formation of the effective aggregate demand under conditions of market transformation of the economy

The object: economic system under conditions of market transformation; the aims to investigate the theory and practice of forming the effective aggregate demand; the methods are scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, economic and statistic, economic and mathematical methods; the new approach lies in scientific formulation of criteria of efficiency of the aggregate demand, definition the degree and the conditions of the effects of monetary, fiscal and institutional factors on the aggregate demand; results: the main trends of the influence made by the government on the aggregate demand with an aim to make it effective are developed, and also practical recommendations for aggregate demand management during the period of economy market transformation are proposed; introdused for the development of national and regional programs, scientific investigation of economical reforms and also in educational process; the sphere of application: the macroeconomics and the state economic policy.
