Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the effectiveness of the current system of regulation of antidumping issues on multilateral basis in the framework of the GATT/WTO. The conception of dumping in the framework of the GATT/WTO and in international economic relations was evaluated. The procedure of dumping margin calculation was analyzed according to the laws of Ukraine. In the dissertation were proposed recommendations as to obtaining the status of "market economy country" by Ukraine.
