Object of research are the costs of firms of a food-processing industry of the Zaporozhye area. The object of research is control of costs of firms of a food-processing industry in intercoupling between their structural subsections, which one are received during production with the purpose of their effective utilization. During research utilised such methods of realization of economical researches: logical (idealized generalizings and formation of conclusions(injections)), economical(-economically) (analysis of state of the art and allocation of the factors of influencing on control of costs of production of firms of a food-processing industry), monographics (mining of a technique the control of costs on firms of a food-processing industry), is rated - design т experimental (mining of strategic directions control of costs on an outlook) and other. The parameters of an estimation of efficiency of activity of the vehicle control and parameters(indexes) of efficiency of activity of centers of liability for costs are offered, which one are applied with the purpose of advancing a management system of costs.
