Chubuk L. Formation of real estate market in the transformation economy.

The thesis is devoted to problems of formation of the real estate market during transformation of economic system. Spesific characteristics of the real estate as commodity, an economic role and features of functioning of real estate market are found out. The basic tendencies of development of the real estate market are analyzed in a context of its principal sectors - the residental real estate, the uninhabited real estate, the land. It is examined complex of the legal, economic-financial and institutional preconditions needed for development and effective functioning of the real estate market in the transformation economy. The matter of modern economic treatment of the morgage is found out. Existing methods of real estate financing are analyzed and the measures for activization and perfection relations of hypotecary crediting in Ukraine are suggested.
