Object - processes of transformation of soil phosphorus, biochemistry processes which are related to formation available for plants forms of phosphorus in the meadow chernozem leached soil under different tillage and fertilizers. Methods - field experiment, analytical methods for standard in soil science and agrochemistry methods. Novelty - revealing of peculiarity of phosphorus regime of meadow chernozem leached soil under different tillage and fertilizers in Andruchevsky natural agricultural region. Positive influence of the minimum cultivation on processes of transformation of phosphates in available forms in result acidization a soil solution and amplification phosphatase activity is revealed, its stimulating influence together with organic-mineral system of fertilizer on increase organic phosphorus in the humus, consumption by plants of phosphorus is marked. Results - it is established conditions of mobilization of phosphates under use of soil conservation tillage of agricultural crops with theminimum cultivation in a crop rotation link "winter wheat - corn on silo - spring barley".
