Novikova R. Aktivization and regulation of formation of investment resources in Ukraine

Object - investment process in conditions of transformation of economy of Ukraine. Aim - a substantiation of ways of improvement of an investment policy, development of a complex of the economic-organizational measures providing conditions for formation of investment resources and activization of investment process on an innovative basis. Methods - abstract-logical, monographical, comparisons, graphical, balance, economic-mathematical, the system analysis. For the first time the possibility of expansion investment and innovation activity at the expense of internal investment resources mobilization, which make a basis of investment potential of economy of Ukraine, was proved. There has been investigated macroeconomic aspect of the investment resources formation process, the essence of which lies in the unity and interdependence between the formation of the savings resources of economic subjects and the conditions of their transformation into investments of the production sector. The dissertation contains the analysis of the current state and growth prospects of national savings components (savings of households, enterprises, and the state) as a resource base for the capital formation process. Special attention was put to determine the role of the financial intermediaries in formation of investment resources. The basic directions of state investment policy at the present stage of ukrainian economy development are proved and the system of the offers directed on the national savings increase and investment activity activization.
