Strizhak O. Enterprise Intellectual Capital Formation

The object of research: the process of enterprise intellectual capital formation in postindustrial society; the aim of research: generalization and development of theoretical principles, working out methodic recommendations for enterprise intellectual capital formation; the methods of research and the mechanism: system, process approaches, methods of analysis and synthesis, of induction and deduction, of comparison and generalization, economic and statistic methods, methods of expert assessment; theoretical and practical results: the notion "enterprise intellectual capital", methodic approaches to defining the competence types of staff, for defining the intellectualization level of staff, to prognostication of market cost of enterprise intellectual capital applying the neuron net technology, to the management of enterprise intellectual capital formation on the basis of methodology of structural analysis and SADT planning, of variable economic assessment of intellectual capital; the practical value of the achieved results consists of their further implementation that will stimulate raising of assessment effectiveness, and also intellectual capital formation and development of enterprises; the matter and the extent of implementation: the worked out methods have been implemented into the work of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Natural Gases, Ltd. "Nastasya", the "Remontno-Mehanicheskiy Zavod", plc "Turboatom", close joint-stock company "Lozovskoy Zavod "Traktorodetal"; the sphere of usage: organizations, industrial enterprises, educational process.
