The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the ability of feed protein obtaining by the microbiological synthesis of the yeast plants on the nutrient substratums which was obtainied by an enzymic hydrolysis and an acid hydrolysis of the untraditional vegetable raw material such as fruit tree cuttings, hop stalks and palmcrist. The parameters of the hydrolytic decomposition of the raw material were determined taking into account of the features of the chemical composition and the basic biopolymers structure.The biotechnology of obtaining feed protein was elaborated. Method of feed protein production increasing due to a raw material hydrolysis and plants cultivation intensification by such stimulators as seasalts was offered. The yeast cultures association which feed protein producing was selected. Finished product characteristic was given.
