Object of research the processes of anticrisis operation of business. The purpose of research is the synthesis of mechanisms of anticrisis operation of business, that allows to increase survivability and efficiency of functioning of the enterprises in conditions of an astable economic medium. Methods The theory of viable systems and law of requisite variety, system approach, method of system dynamics, work of the domestic and foreign scientists and experts in the field of anticrisis operation of business, strategic planning, account of weak signals of an external medium, financial analysis etc. Results the definition of concept of anticrisis management is formulated, the concept of synthesis of a system of anticrisis management is offered, perfecting a technique of the financial analysis is carried out, that provides the account of a parameter of current solvency, and is realized according to the offered circuit of research of process of origin of crisis at the enterprise, the system of financial diagnostics is offered, as the superstructure of a control system, is developed and the mathematical model of financial diagnostics of the enterprise is introduced into practice. Novelty the concept of a system of anticrisis management basing on the basis of a cybernetic law of requisite variety and theory of viable systems of an item, permitting to increase survivability of the enterprise at the expense of increase of a management efficiency, system of diagnostics basing on principles of the system approach, permitting to organize and to improve at the enterprise monitoring of weak signals informing on an approximation of crisis, that enables to avoid additional charges; model of financial diagnostics constructed with use of a method of system dynamics and realized by tools of a simulation modeling permitting to play the various scripts of development of the enterprise at the given parameters, that allows to choose most effective from the point of view of support of survivability of the enterprise strategy; The improvement of a technique of the financial analysis used for today on the majority of the enterprises, that allows to define a current financial condition of the enterprise and to reveal major factors calling crisis; improvement of the mechanism of financial re-structuring, which on the basis of the current legislation adjusts problems of resumption of solvency of the enterprise and allows effectively to realize a procedure of the enterprise.
