Essay

The article deals with the main obstacles of enterprises development in the region and proposes the ways of their overcoming. The effectivenen of enterprise activity on the base of estimate of functioning alternative methods of taxation are grounded. The approaches to optimization of tax and credit regulation on the microlevel in the limits of functioning legislation are proposed. The methods of working out of mathematical models are economically grounded and these methods remain actual ones no matter what methods of taxation will be used after the adoption of Tax code.
