The process of personnel management at the light industry enterprises of the Transcarpathian region. The formation of theoretical and methodological aspects of formation and analysis of the enterprise personnel management system with usage of the functional approach. The methods of system, statistical analysis, comparative, correlation analysis, the method of expert estimation and others are used. The approaches to improvement of methods of designing, definition of the componential structure of the enterprise personnel management system, estimation of quality of the management personnel function (subsystem, system) taking into consideration its influence on the parameters of economic and social efficiency are offered. The main criteria of grouping of personnel management functions, the principles of personnel department structuring and the methods of definition of the personnel specialists quantity are substantiated.
