Object of research: management processes of sporting-health enterprises activity. Purpose of re-search: development of managerial decisions mak-ing mechanisms, which provide efficiency of sport-ing-health complex enterprises activity. Methods of research: system approach, methods of economic and mathematical modeling; logical and empirical cognition. Results: functioning peculiarities of sporting-health services market in Ukraine are ana-lysed; methodological fundamentals of management systems forming for enterprises of leisure are worked up; generalized critical analysis of current organiza-tion and management mechanisms efficiency at sporting-health enterprises is carried out; problems overcoming directions of current management sys-tems at enterprises of services sphere are grounded; management mechanisms synthesis conception at sporting-health complex is developed; basic princi-ples and peculiarities of decisions making process and organization of sporting-health enterprises activ-ity are defined; mechanism of operational manage-ment of streams of clients at sporting-health complex is created; project management application mecha-nism in organization sporting-health enterprises ac-tivity is improved; further development got complex of requirements and organization diagram of data-processing decisions making support system at sport-ing-health complex; activity of specific enterprise of sporting-health services sphere is analysed and effi-ciency rise complex of mechanisms for its manage-ment system is synthesized.
