Kamyshanskaya M. State property in the transformation economy of Ukraine

Object of research: system of state property in modern transitional economy. Purpose of research: on basis of methodological notions of the theory of state property to expose and to ground the ways of efficiency growth of its socio-economic realization in current Ukrainian economy. Methods of research: dialectical method, methods of system, structurally-functional, historic, evolutionary, macro- and microeconomic analysis, method of expert questioning. Results: mod-ern state property management conception is proposed and its basic principles are defined; new essence of state property functions form is formulated and tenden-cies of its further development is exposed; for achievement of high-quality relations changes of state property are grounded the suggestions on strengthening of social orientation of its economic realization; nature of contradictory unity of notions "transformation of state property" and "reforming of state property" is ex-plored, their unidentity is proved, the distinctive mo-ments and typical lines of each are picked out; defini-tions of notions: public property, state sector, manage-ment by state property are improved; the management methods of state sector enterprises are improved; got further development theory of inversion nature of Ukrainian economy transformation, being in determina-tion of notion "economy inversion", and also in prop-erty relations inversion grounds. Novelty: modern state property management conception and basic prin-ciples, on which it is based, that allows to raise func-tioning efficiency of state property; grounds of sugges-tions to strengthen social orientation of economic reali-zation of state property relations for achievement of its high-quality changes; proof of nature of contradictory unity of notions "transformation of state property" and "reforming of state property"; further development of inversion nature of Ukrainian economy transformation theory, being in determination of notion "economy in-version", and also in property relations inversiongrounds; improvement of state sector enterprises man-agement methods.
